Either, Standard Life, S&P, their affiliates or third-party licensors have exclusive proprietary rights in any information received;
Visitor shall not use or permit anyone to use the information provided through the Standard Life Website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose;
Visitor is not authorised or permitted to furnish such information to any person or firm for reuse or retransmission without prior written approval of the source of such information; and
Access to the Derived Data is subject to termination in the event that any agreement between Subscriber and a provider of information distributed through the Subscriber´s Website is terminated in accordance with its terms.
